imagine this...

A life where you're in control

As an executive function and ADHD coach I can help you create a clear path to success, where you’ll have the tools and support to navigate your unique challenges, build confidence and self-compassion and start thriving in daily life.

one

Learn more about your strengths, motivations and energy so that you can embrace what makes you unique and start working with your brain.

two

Develop skills and strategies for your executive function challenges such as focus, productivity, task initiation, time management, and/or emotional regulation.

three

Break things down into manageable steps and systems  all with high accountability, encouragement, and support for sustainable success.

From Overwhelm to Clarity and Confidence

I was overwhelmed by all the tasks I needed to manage and struggled with organization. I tried reading books and listening to podcasts, but I never managed to apply what I learned. Through coaching, I began to see myself differently and identified what I needed to change. Krista’s empathetic and kind approach made me feel truly heard. Her coaching helped me view myself through an objective lens, respectfully and with kindness. I now feel confident in my ability to overcome any challenge.

frequently asked questions

I am unable to accept insurance, however you may be able to use your invoices from Rooted to Reach to seek reimbursement through your FSA or HSA, but it is not guaranteed. Check with your insurance provider or company HR department for details on coverage and reimbursement options.

It’s an excellent question to consider. If you’ve made it this far, it’s a good indication that now is the right time.  If you recognize the need for change, feel stuck despite all the things you are trying, and are ready to invest time and effort into developing new habits, coaching can provide the support and strategies you need to really make changes that will have significant impact.

You do not need a diagnosis to benefit from coaching. Most of my clients have been diagnosed with ADHD or other neurodivergency, wonder if they have ADHD or are neurodivergent, or just know that their brain works a bit different and they struggle with executive functioning such as planning, prioritizing, managing time, initiating and completing tasks, and emotional regulation.

In general, a therapist facilitates healing and addresses the emotional aspects of ADHD, while as an Executive Function and ADHD coach I focus on helping clients develop actionable skills and strategies to overcome executive function deficits like planning, organizing, and time management. If your primary challenge is managing or understanding emotions, a therapist might be more appropriate, whereas if your main goals are getting organized,  creating healthy routines, and taking action toward your goals coaching could be the better approach. Many individuals benefit from working with both a therapist and a coach simultaneously.
