imagine this...
What if you could be successful in college without the overwhelm?
As an executive function and ADHD coach I help students create a clear path to success, where they’ll develop the skills, systems and strategies to thrive in college and beyond.
Set up organization and calendar systems to track due dates, assignments, and extracurricular activities so you can plan ahead and complete work without pulling all-nighters.
Create personalized daily and weekly routines that make it easier for you to get started on your homework, avoid distractions, increase your time awareness, and prioritize your work.
Balance academics, personal well-being and self-care (fitness, nutrition, mental health, sleep), and a full social life without overwhelm or things slipping through the cracks.
Our focus is on ensuring that students learn and strengthen executive function skill and strategies necessary for success, understand the campus resources available to them and how to incorporate those resources, and build independence and self-confidence for college and beyond.

Unlocking Academic Potential
“I was really worried about my first year of college but with Krista’s help I was able to find out what works best for my learning style to be as successful as possible.
After creating study strategies and ways to balance my time, I was able to make the Dean’s list both semesters!
College is hard, but having someone who understands and validates the fact that your brain works differently makes a massive difference. Her non-judgmental support has gone a long way, and I am able to use the tools and skills I’ve learned to help navigate my life.”
– Meredith, College Student at the University of Minnesota
