hey there!

I'm Krista,

With over 15 years of experience in leadership development and vocational discernment with students and adults, I’ve been perfecting the art of streamlining systems and boosting efficiency across various organizations and institutions. My goal has always been to help people work smarter, not harder.

As an ICF-ACC certified coach and trained as a Learner and ADHD/Neurodivergent coach, I specialize in helping and supporting college students and professionals. My holistic approach tackles common challenges like procrastination, productivity, and time management. Together, we’ll work on strategies that enable you to reach your goals without the feelings of constant overwhelm and anxiety.

Understanding Neurodiversity
from Within

Growing up feeling different and facing challenges that often went unexplained, I spent years trying to fit in and succeed in my personal and professional life through a lot of trial and error. When my oldest son, who is twice – exceptional (2E), was diagnosed, I immersed myself in research and realized that I, too, am neurodivergent.

My own self-discovery journey led me to develop effective strategies and systems that have help me and my family thrive, and I dedicate my life to helping others do the same.

I help neurodiverse folks just like you understand your executive function strengths and develop workarounds for growth areas. I help individuals with goal setting and achieving, motivation, planning and scheduling, stress management, confidence building, and so much more.

By working with your energy rather than against it, I help you create new habits and routines that reduce overwhelm and boost productivity.

Help calm the chaos with strategies, skills, and systems that work for you.

"I was really worried about my first year of college but with Krista's help I was able to find out what works best for my learning style to be as successful aspossible. After creating study strategies and ways to balance my time, I was able to make the Dean's list both semesters! College is hard, but having someone who understands and validates the fact that your brain works differently makes a massive difference. Her non-judgemental support has gone a long way, and I am able to use the tools and skills I've learned to help navigate my life. Highly recommend!"
