Executive function coaching that supports every student—just as they are.

I work with high school seniors preparing for college and with students already navigating college life.

Many feel overwhelmed by deadlines. Others aren’t sure how to manage their time or stay on track.

That’s where I come in. I provide tools, strategies, and support to help them build confidence and independence.

This is a space where all students are welcome. I work with students from all backgrounds and identities.

Because coaching works best when it’s rooted in trust, inclusion, and respect.

Hi, I'm Krista Anderson

I’m a certified Executive Function and ADHD Coach for Students—and I’ve been where many of them are.

During my freshman year of college, I was placed on academic probation. I felt completely overwhelmed. But with support and strategies, I turned things around. I made the dean’s list and eventually thrived in grad school.

Now, I combine that lived experience with professional training. I’ve spent over 15 years working in leadership development and supporting students.

As a result, I know how to help students build the skills I wish I’d learned earlier: how to plan, prioritize, manage time, regulate emotions, and follow through.

I’ve coached students at small private colleges, community colleges, and large universities. And I know this for sure—every student’s path is different. So, their support should be too.

Let’s make college feel less overwhelming.

one

Explore coaching and program options tailored to your student’s needs. Whether they’re preparing for college or deep in a busy semester, there’s a fit for them.

two

Get practical tools and judgment-free support. I meet students where they are. Then we work together to move forward with clarity and confidence.

three

Give your student a space to work with their brain, not against it. They’ll grow their strengths and reach their goals—on their terms.

Real Results, Real Confidence

Since my child starting coaching with Krista this summer I’ve seen a huge shift in how they manage their time and responsibilities. They’re not overwhelmed all the time anymore.
