Semester-Long Plan & Prioritize coaching

Weekly text-based coaching support throughout the semester

Designed for college students who want consistent, structured support all semester long, without the time commitment of full coaching sessions. Every week, your student gets a focused 15-minute text coaching session to plan their week, set priorities, and get a strategy for what’s ahead.

Perfect for students who want steady accountability and support, prefer texting over Zoom calls, or need a consistent weekly structure to stay on track.

Each weekly session follows the same simple structure:

  • Get the full picture: what’s due, what’s coming, and what’s competing for their time

  • Set clear priorities: what actually needs to happen first and why

  • Build a realistic plan: one that accounts for real life, not a perfect week

  • Nail down first steps: so they know exactly where to start and can actually begin

What’s included:

  • 30-minute kickoff call (Zoom) to get started
  • Weekly 15-minute text-based coaching sessions

Unlocking Academic Potential

“I was really worried about my first year of college but with Krista’s help I was able to find out what works best for my learning style to be as successful as possible.

After creating study strategies and ways to balance my time, I was able to make the Dean’s list both semesters!

College is hard, but having someone who understands and validates the fact that your brain works differently makes a massive difference. Her non-judgmental support has gone a long way, and I am able to use the tools and skills I’ve learned to help navigate my life.”
