Summer Transition coaching
6-session package during the summer
Designed for students heading into college in the fall (or returning after a tough year), this short-term coaching helps them build executive function skills and college-ready confidence before school starts.
Perfect for students preparing for college, needing a fresh start, or wanting to feel more confident and in control before fall semester.
Coaching is fully personalized based on each student’s goals, challenges, and priorities.

Time management, organization, and academic planning
Creating routines and building healthy habits
Self-advocacy, resource use, and college life skills
Motivation, follow-through, and confidence-building
